Terms of Service

1. The agreement
These terms govern your purchase of refinance lead packs from Impact Leads, a trading name of Build Reach Limited (NZBN 9429053438355), a New Zealand-registered company operating from Auckland. By confirming a lead pack, you agree to these terms.
2. What we deliver
A "lead" is a New Zealand homeowner or property owner that has:
- Completed a qualification survey (job type, property type, timeframe).
- Verified their own mobile number via a one-time SMS PIN.
- Been delivered to your CRM or inbox in real time.
- Been sold exclusively to your business, never resold.
3. No outcome guarantee
We guarantee delivery of verified, exclusive leads. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that any specific lead will become a booked settlement. Conversion depends on your sales process, speed to contact, advice accuracy, pricing, and many factors outside our control.
4. Replacement guarantee
We will replace any delivered lead at no charge that meets one of the following within 7 days of delivery:
- Disconnected or invalid mobile number.
- Clearly fake name (gibberish, test data).
- Outside the qualification criteria you agreed to in onboarding.
Wrong-fit leads who simply changed their mind, or leads you failed to contact within reasonable time, are not eligible for replacement.
5. Payment
One-time lead packs are paid for in advance. Pricing is confirmed in writing on your onboarding call. One-time packs have no retainers, no monthly minimums, and no lock-in contracts. Monthly subscriptions are governed by the Monthly Subscription Terms below.
6. Pause and termination
You may pause or stop ordering at any time. Any leads already delivered remain your responsibility to work and pay for. Pre-paid undelivered leads will be delivered or refunded at your election.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to handle homeowner data in line with the NZ Privacy Act 2020. You may not on-sell, share, or re-market leads to any third party. Leads delivered to you are for your own use within your mortgage brokerage only.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by NZ law, our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the lead pack giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be notified to active clients by email.

Monthly Subscription Terms
Provided by Build Reach Limited (Impact Leads). These terms apply when you purchase a monthly lead subscription, in addition to the terms above. Where they differ for subscriptions, these terms apply.
Minimum commitment
Monthly subscriptions have a minimum term of 3 months. You agree to keep your subscription active for at least 3 billing cycles from your start date. After that it continues month to month and you can cancel anytime.
What you get
Each cycle we deliver up to your plan's lead quantity: exclusive, SMS-verified NZ mortgage refinance leads matched to your criteria. Every lead goes to one adviser only. Never shared.
Billing
Your plan price is per lead and excludes GST. We add 15% GST. Your subscription is billed automatically at the start of each cycle via Stripe until you cancel.
Lead delivery and rollover
We deliver up to your plan quantity each cycle based on available leads matching your criteria. Any leads you do not receive in a given month roll over into the next month and stack on top of that month's allocation. Unused leads carry forward and are never lost while your subscription stays active.
Exclusivity
One adviser per lead. We route each qualifying enquiry to a single adviser in real time.
Replacement guarantee
We replace any lead that meets one of these: loan-to-value over 80%, not a homeowner, a duplicate within 90 days, or outside your agreed region. A lead you could not reach is not grounds for replacement.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the end of your 3-month minimum term onward. Cancelling stops your next charge. It does not refund cycles already billed.
Payment issues
If a payment fails, lead delivery pauses until it is resolved.
Compliance
You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations as a financial adviser when contacting leads.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
