What does the SMS verification actually do?

After completing the survey, the homeowner receives a one-time PIN to the mobile number they entered. They have to type it back to submit. If the number is fake, mistyped or borrowed, no lead is created. You stop wasting time on dead numbers.

Do I have to manage the ads myself?

Two things: refinance enquiries - homeowners on a fixed term ending soon, on a high variable rate, or rolling off a 2–3 year fix and shopping rates - and first home buyers, screened on deposit saved and target price range. From there we can layer in loan top-ups (renovations, debt consolidation, cash-out). Every campaign is segmented by intent and region so you only get the deals you actually want to write.

We don't publish a rate card - pricing depends on your volume, regions, and filters. We'll confirm the per-lead price on your intro call. There are no setup fees, no monthly retainers, and no contracts. You pay per delivered lead only.

What's your replacement policy exactly?

If a lead has an invalid phone number, provides a false location, or is a duplicate within 30 days - we replace it free. We do not replace leads because the homeowner didn't answer on the first call or said they're not ready right now. That's a normal part of the sales process.

How do you stay compliant with NZ privacy law?

Every lead is generated with explicit consent under the NZ Privacy Act 2020. Prospects are told at the point of form submission that their information will be shared with a licensed mortgage adviser. We also comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 for all follow-up communications.
